    Having heard Rudresh and Vijay Iyer interviewed several times, I am struck not only by their fine musicianship but how engaged they are during interviews. They give intelligent answers and both laugh a lot. They are certainly “serious” musicians yet don’t take themselves or their profession too seriously.
    That definitely makes for good listening!
